The New Energy Solutions team has spent the last four years researching, testing, evaluating and implementing green business systems to take innovative technology into the market place... like biotech research company is currently doing now with the edenpure heaters and air purifiers. As a result of this work, there are ongoing marketing systems that are working and there are a number of others that are ready to be brought into the market place. Part of the innovation is with the products which are very cost effective and energy efficient.

These are products that are well tested, but that are new to the average consumer. Another part of the innovation, is with the manner in which they will be marketed. This new system of marketing is innovative and represents an improvement on how to market innovative products. We call it the Win-Win Team Marketing System.

We are looking for team members who understand the power of win-win systems and who are interested in taking innovative green products into the market place and creating some profit for themselves. Additional interested parties include home owners and building owners who would like a low cost way to improve their property and create long term energy savings.

The Products

We have looked at hundreds of products and this has resulted in selecting a few high quality products that can be used alone or as a package, to make homes and buildings more energy efficient. The products that are now ready to be brought into the market place include:

A. Energy Saver Paint or Ceramic Paint Additive

This paint ( or paint additive ) is modeled after the technology that was used to protect the NASA space craft from the extremes of heat and cold encountered in outer space. It is a very high quality paint with an additive that creates a barrier to heat. The result is that when it is painted on the inside, a building retains internal heat and money is saved on the cost of heating. When painted on the outside, the heat is kept out and money is saved on the cost of air conditioning.

Additional benefits include a reduction of fire danger, a reductions of sound, and the ability to waterproof a structure. The paint is attractive and very enduring. Savings on the energy bill may range between 20% to 40% depending on the situation. One of the remarkable things about this quality paint is that it will come with a lower price tag than many of the alternatives... and it has also been learned that when painted on the interior of a home it helps the edenpure infrared heaters work better.

Another type of paint we are considering is a state of the art “Fire Proof Paint” that in many instances can be used in lieu of more costly methods of meeting fire codes... this from a company that is UL Listed and Certified.

B. Energy Saving Window Film

We have a leading clear window coating that solves the visibility and appearance problems of conventional window tints and reflective films, while significantly reducing solar heat build up. This film will block up to 99% of the harmful UV light. The window films provide energy savings for a variety of applications including commercial, residential and automotive. Window film is an excellent choice for new constructions as well as for retrofitting existing windows.

The window film enhances residential visibility, letting in over 70% of the sun’s natural light (daylighting). Because the film blocks the sun’s heat without eliminating the light, it reduces air conditioning costs and minimizes electric lighting requirements. It protects the architectural integrity of buildings by keeping windows clear and non-reflective. Certain window film helps prevent residential or commercial fading of furnishings, artwork, flooring and window treatments and shields people from potentially harmful UV rays that contribute to developing skin cancer.

Typically, 25% - 35% of the energy used in buildings and residences is wasted due to inefficient glass windows and doors that in the US are responsible for more than 10% of the annual carbon emissions that contribute to global warming. By installing heat-blocking window film, the Earth is protected just a little more. We can all do our part... And this product may also qualify for a 30% IRS Tax Credit through 2010.

This is another product that will help reflect the heat of quartz infrared heaters back into the living area of a home.

C. Radiant Barrier

Radiant barrier insulation is a reflective insulation system that offers a permanent way to reduce energy costs. Radiant barrier will reflect radiant heat energy instead of trying to absorb it. A reinforced perforated pure aluminum radiant barrier reflective insulation is unaffected by humidity and will continue to perform at a consistent level no matter how humid it may be. A radiant barrier insulation system is a layer of foil facing an airspace and is installed in the envelope of a building.

Radiant Barrier can be laid on top of attic insulation or stapled to underside of roof in attic... makes a big difference by reflecting heat... back outside in summer... and back inside in winter. Third party testing indicates that savings can be in the range of 17% to 23% on energy in a home. This product may also qualify for a 30% IRS Tax Credit through 2010.

D. An Air Conditioning Additive

This is the best we have seen and it will do many things to lower the cost of air conditioning and improve the amount of cold air that comes from the air conditioner. The savings can range from 20 to 30 percent on the cost of air conditioning. There are additional benefits that include a reduction of noise and a reduction of maintenance. Another benefit will be life extension of the equipment. It can be used for small and large systems and on buildings and vehicles.

E. Solar Parks

We have the ability to bring in large solar systems and provide a source of green energy at a reasonable cost. We are working on smaller individual systems.

F. Energy Management Systems

We have a family of about ten products that we use synergistically to provide major reductions in the cost of energy... one of largest selling being the eden pure heater products that are nationally advertised by biotech research in Ohio.

The Marketing System

We do not focus very much on negatives with this company, but sometimes we need to do so to point out that there are better ways of doing things. Many products are sold at retail sales centers. Others are sold by the direct sales approach. Some types of products work well with network marketing. All of these systems work, but they all have problems. Some take a lot of money to set up. Others require a new person to start at the bottom and reward people at the top. Some require a lot of advertising. Others require a lot of testing.

With our new form of marketing, we are taking away some of the problems that traditional systems have and making the task of creating profit through the sale of quality products, a more positive and rewarding journey. In the following we will list some of the key parts of this marketing system which we call the Win-Win Team Marketing System.

A. There Are Positions At The Top, In the Middle, And In the Support Section

Our company, New Energy Solutions ( NES ), is at the top of the Energy Saver Paint Project. This puts us in a position to invite members of the marketing team to come in to this program at the top or in the middle of the system. New team members will build a team of sales people and the sales by these sales people will generate long term profits for them. At this time we are looking for Master Distributors who will have an opportunity to build Distributors, Dealers, Show Case Customers and to make retail sales. They will buy product at a low price that can be marked up and passed on to the sales force and the customers. Because we are in the start up stage of this business, the requirements for these top positions will be minimal and this will be a good opportunity for productive business people. Strong business teams can do this based on their present skills and assets. Others who are at a beginning stage can be organized into teams that will have the resources to be productive.

NES and the Master Distributors will be arranging for Show Case Customers to get the product at a low cost and do projects that can be used as testimonials. This is a win-win situation because we need the testing and the track record and owners of homes and buildings can always benefit from quality products at a low cost.

B. There Are Many Opportunities That Can Reward Team Members

In a marketing opportunity, there is a big advantage for people who come in at the top. And in order for people at the top to benefit, it is helpful for others to come in at the middle or at the bottom. The problem is that there are more positions at the bottom than at the top. This problem discourages new people from coming in because of the scarcity of good positions. NES with our new marketing system, has decided to change this paradigm and to create a new system with more positions at the top. We are taking a page from the way that nature operates and turning from scarcity to abundance. Consider how many seeds are produced by plants. Each one is an opportunity. With many opportunities, there is renewed life and ultimately, there is abundance. With our new system, we plan to produce enough good opportunities to create prosperity.

Over the next few years, NES plans to have ten or more good new marketing opportunities that have the capacity to produce long term profits and long term residual income. This means that team members who want to work with us will have a chance to have perhaps ten top opportunities and perhaps ten middle range opportunities. As NES and the supporting team create top opportunities, they will also be willing to take supporting roles in some of the business projects. When there are enough people to take the supporting positions, it will be comparatively simple to fulfill the top positions.

C. Examples Of How Many Opportunities Attract The Efforts Of Many People

In the following we will list in general terms what some of the team members are doing in response to the opportunities that NES has given them and plans to give them. New Energy Saver Paint Project is the name of the opportunity we are creating with the paint that helps people save on the cost of heating and cooling in homes and buildings.

1. Some people have joined with NES because they see it as a good way to network with others. It increases their opportunity to succeed and they know that NES is capable of helping them build a large sales organization.

2. There are Show Case Customers who plan to use the family of energy conservation products and get a large amount of savings from discounted prices. They in turn are interested in marketing these products to other groups ( example: biotech research company ) to provide some profit to add to their savings.

3. In general, the new team members are coming in to one or more of these opportunities because they believe that NES, as it becomes more successful, will use the new resources to help them in one or more of the projects that NES plans to do. They realize that this will provide more opportunities and more support than many of the other options they have looked at. They understand that NES is not making a guarantee that they will be successful, but they do understand that the combination of superior products and a win-win marketing plan is very attractive. Obviously, NES cannot guarantee the success of people, or of business opportunities; however, people are joining with us because they like the motivation and the track record that comes with this plan.

4. Some team members are working on the New Paint Project and they plan to do major things with it since the opportunity of such a quality product combined with a low price is very appealing to them.

5. Other team members are working on Solar Parks and on Energy Management Projects.

6. Soon we plan to have the air conditioning additive as a project. Others will come on board over time.

Positive Goals For The Future

New Energy Solutions wants to generate ten to twenty good opportunities in the next few years. We want to get to the top or middle of about ten of them so that there will be a variety of long term income streams. We would like team members to join with us and we would hope that as they help us, they will help themselves to be successful in two or three income streams over the next few years. We plan on working together and helping each other.
