In the first report we identified products, services and strategies to help someone either build a low cost energy efficient home, or retrofit an existing home.

In this report we will go into more detail on the products and the planning that will make this a reasonable project for hard working ambitious people who want to use high quality technology and wise team work to improve their homes and their quality of life.

We will be presenting a number of exciting technologies that can be put into a very cost effective energy saving system that will become valuable over time. We will also identify options for working with us that range from a buyer who saves money because of our volume discounts, to a potential business associate who wants to get into an exciting green energy business to create some income.

1. Building The Home

We have researched a large number of kit home building packages for about three years and we are narrowing down our choices to two or three companies at this time.

A very important test for me is to turn over the information to my wife and let her check it out and then evaluate her reaction. She has identified two companies she likes and I will report on one of them.

If the resources are there for us to use, she would be very interested in working with company A. She like the quality of the home, the way it looks, ( elegant ) and what it would do for our family ( nice life style with the children within reach but not too close to the master bedroom ).

We could get started for one thousand dollars and they would guide us and work with us every step of the way. The money savings appear to be there. We could build a fine quality home that would match many of the fine homes we have looked at, but it would be much more affordable.

For example we might be able to sell the home for fifty to seventy five thousand more than what we put into it after it is done. This is exciting. The energy products could be blended into the home in a way that would not take away from the beauty of the home but that would add major dollar savings on the energy bill.

2. Making The New Home Or The Existing Home Energy Efficient

I have been studying the politics and the resources of the world for a long time. It is obvious to me that the energy resource system is broken. We would all be much better off by becoming more energy self reliant. It will help us out in times of emergency and in times when we must simply worry about paying the bills.

This is why we have a goal of adding a package of proven time tested innovative products and services into an energy system that can reduce the heating and cooling costs of average homes by about fifty percent.

If you are going to pay one hundred thousand dollars over the next two or three decades to heat and cool your home, it would be far better to save an extra fifty thousand dollars and put it into your home or into your pocket.

If the existing and broken energy system gets worse, it would be far better to rely on your own resources to take care of your energy needs. This is a foundation belief that we have. We are convinced that there are many other people who share this belief with us.

Here is how it can work... By using the products we have identified, a home owner can get major savings on the amount of energy they buy from the utility company. Each home can be custom designed to identify the best package.

We can help do this because we are doing it on our homes and buildings and we are experiencing excellent results. Consider the possibilities:

A. The savings from Energy Paint can range from 20% up to 50% on heating and cooling.

B The savings from Radiant Barrier can range from 17% to 23% on heating and cooling.

C. The heating savings of the EdenPURE heater can get up to 50%.

D. The savings on cooling with the air conditioning additive can get up to 40% or more.

E. The savings on lighting by using the light tubes can range from 20% to 60% depending on the situation, and there can also be some savings on air conditioning.

Obviously we need to blend these products into a system and each will make a contribution to the overall savings of the home. Some savings will be less than fifty percent and in the best cases some will be over fifty percent.

In all cases a wise plan will help the home owner come out ahead because each of these products has a reasonable pay back in keeping dollars away from the utility company and keeping them with the homeowner.

Another key benefit is the concept of Quality Of Life. Consider:

A. There are homes in Southern California that did not burn because they were painted with the Energy Paint that has a Class A fire rating when all the other homes in the sub division burned. I think we would all agree that having your home burn down can ruin your whole day.

B. There are fires that occur in the old pioneer homes in the Rocky Mountains because the wires in the attic get over loaded. Part of the over load comes from appliances that draw lots of electricity. One of the major consumers of electricity are the old fashioned heaters that get very hot and use large amounts of electricity. By using the energy efficient EdenPURE heater, there is a major reduction in the use of electricity that flows into the home.

C. One of our partners has been using the EdenPURE heater for years in Northern Colorado which has saved him lots of energy. Last summer we trained him in how to use the Energy Paint and he had his house painted. This winter he reduced the heaters in his home because the heat was being reflected back into the home and less energy was consumed.

Both the heater and the paint work to keep the heat even in the room instead of having cold spots and hot spots. They make it both more energy efficient and more comfortable.

In the winter the air gets very dry and makes breathing more difficult. With the heater and the paint, reasonable humidity is retained and the air is more comfortable and more healthy to breath.

D. Extensive studies have been done in Europe and in California that show the many benefits that come from using the light tubes to bring natural ( can we call it organic ? ) sunshine into a room so that the full range of light becomes available for the eyes. Light is a nutrient. Students and office workers perform much better with natural light.

E. Many of us have a problem with the noise that comes from air conditioners. When the air conditioning additive is placed in the air conditioner , there is a major reduction in the noise because the lubricity and efficiency is greatly improved.

In some cases there is a reduction of fifty percent in the cost of maintenance ( and of course the sheer inconvenience of maintenance ). And there is a yet to be determined extension of the life of the system. Plus there is a major increase in the amount of cooling.

How many of you have heard the "Are we there yet question"? Another one is "Can you turn up the air conditioner in the van"? We have seen a major increase in the amount of cold air coming into a car because the additive was added.

3. Learning To Work Together As A Team

Ben Franklin said "Gentlemen we must hang together or else we will hang separately"; as he talked to the leaders of the American Revolution. This energy innovation is not that dramatic, but there are definite advantages to all of us if we can work together.

The first option is for the reader to join our buyers group which will help him/her to get products and service at a lower cost because of the volume buying that we will be able to do.

The second option is an evolving joint venture relationship that may end up into a business that provides products and services to other people in energy conservation and home building. We are creating opportunities for sales people and for dealers.
