Background and Introduction
The purpose of this report is to outline a system that allows our company to bring energy saving products and projects
to select customers in a win-win manner. Conditions vary and often there will be special arrangements made for different
customers. What will remain constant, will be the fact that the customer gets products that are beneficial and high quality
for a low cost. This will allow them to save both on long term energy bills and on the up front costs of products and
services.
Our company is able to offer this service because we have done a large amount of research and a large amount of marketing.
We have focused on energy saving products and services. We have a good track record. This allows us to buy products for a
low cost. By taking these products and services to a show case customer, we are able to have a small profit and to build
a reputation of quality and credibility that will attract more customers. The customer wins,
and New Energy Solutions wins.
In some cases the show case customer may want to become a master distributor of some or all the products and services
we offer. This could be an ideal situation in many cases. The customers have essentially been trained in how to use
and benefit from the products. They can see and document first hand the many benefits of this energy saving package.
They will become convincing and credible representatives of a system that has helped them. They will be in a position
to show other potential customers these many benefits. The next step will be to give them more training and allow them
to buy the products at a low cost and sell them at a profit to new customers.
The result of this system is that another layer of benefit and profit is added for both the new master distributor and
for New Energy Solutions. We live in an age that is changing. The capacity to communicate has increased dramatically.
Our company is in a position to put massive amounts of information about our products and services on web sites that
are available to millions of people world wide. The master distributors can benefit from this. For each product,
we have an expert. We can arrange telephone conferences that can link sales people and customers to product experts.
The end result is that the customer will now have new and expanding profit opportunities and New Energy Solutions will
have more sales.
How The System Works
The first step is for the customer to provide information on the home or building so that an energy analysis can be
performed. Goals and priorities should be established. From this there will be a plan for making the facility more
energy efficient in a cost effective manner.
Nonprofit organizations and government buildings may be treated differently. They may end up buying products to make
them more energy efficient, but they may end up leasing renewable energy such as solar energy because the business
can take the tax credits that are so important to making the project cost effective.
Often there will be a blending of synergistic products and credits and deductions provided by the government.
For instance: Using the EdenPure infrared heaters along with the ceramic thermal paint additive from BioTech
Research increases the energy savings a great deal... and you could get tax credits for insulating with the

There are special deductions for energy efficient buildings and there are a variety of credits and incentives
for solar energy. There are also time windows that become very important. For example there has been an increase
in the credit for energy efficient homes from 10% to 30% which is very significant. This time window closes at
the end of 2010.

The preparation of an energy saving plan for a facility is a service. This plan requires an understanding of the
